The Alberta plate is photoshopped. Angle and skew of the letters is off.

It looks like a Holden Commodore (in Canada)

The weirdest part is that Colorado DMV used that photo of an Australian market car not sold in the US for their temporary license plate page on their website. That photoshop is even worse than the source image.
